IRCC Launches Annual Fall Fundraiser

We are happy to announce that, once again, we are working with Mann Orchards to offer its delicious fresh-baked Thanksgiving pies to our friends and supporters through our annual Fall fundraiser! Outside of our concerts, this fundraiser is our most important source of revenue and it helps us to continue to bring music to our community. Covid-19 has had a devastating impact on arts organizations around the country, including IRCC, and now, more than ever, we are need of your support.

Last year, we added a charitable component to our fundraiser, whereby people could donate a pie (or pies) to a family in need. Through your generosity, we were able to provide over 140 pies to area homeless shelters, food pantries, domestic violence shelters and other organizations serving our communities!

This year, the health crisis has driven food insecurity in Massachusetts to an all time high, pushing community aid organizations to their limits. We are proud to be partnering with four local food pantries and, with the generosity of our members and supporters, we will be providing Thanksgiving pies for families they serve. They are:

Beverly Bootstraps Community Services
Tewksbury Community Pantry
Wilmington Community Fund Food Pantry
Haven from Hunger (serving Lynnfield, Salem and Peabody).

Together, these organizations serve thousands of families. We hope that you will help us to help them during this difficult time. Not only will you be assisting a family in need, but each pie donated will help to ensure that the Ipswich River Community Chorus stays strong until it is safe for us to resume our regular rehearsal and performance schedule!

If you would like to donate, please use the secure PayPal link to the right. (Choose “Ship to Billing Address”. Pies will NOT be delivered to you. We will collect and distribute them to the food pantries.) Thank you for your support!
